VIZC BUY ALERT!!!! OS 118 mil as of today, of which 60 mil is held by insiders. Authorized being increased to 750 mil with no convertibles due until April and June and Fall of this year! Float is Approximately 82 mil and 50 MA right at .01 with 52 week high of .18, VIZC should hit .005-01 this week! Acquisition new should be coming.
