Flyboy8 I completely agree with you and have said the same thing. Then again that's why they trade on the OTC (the ghetto of the stock market)
They behave like amateurs and trade in an appropriate place.

Just imagine if one of their potential customers did some research into UCPA before deciding to contract with them. Can you envision any competent marketing person signing a contract with a company that cant market themselves? They should run away like they have been set on fire and you cant blame them.
