RYUN: Pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders of Respect Your Universe Inc. on January 27, 2015, a plan of arrangement under Section 288 of the Business Corporations Act (B.C.) has been approved. The Plan of Arrangement will result in the shares of Respect Your Universe Inc being exchanged for shares of RYU Apparel Inc. (To be listed TSX Venture)on a 1:1 basis.
