I disagree in this case. They released the PR regarding the R/S Friday. That's what made the stock explode that day. The PR alludes to the fact that they expect the stock to get back over $1 by May but if that doesn't happen we'll have the option of a R/S.
Today is just profit taking and consolidation for the next leg up.

Notice previous resistance at .28 has now become support. All IMO.
