Apparently CEO Brian Weber/management created a new "business" called Warmick International which the owner/president/whatever is Samuel Scheider.

Samuel Scheider has been working for Bebevco/KU for a while.
He's the one in the upper right under the crossed out "relaxation":

Scheider apparently has 35M restricted shares, so it definitely looks like it's a company (BBDA) creating many new companies (Warmick, Kudzu, Relaxation Solutions) for every new employee (Sam Scheider, Lauren Bumgarner, Renee Baker).
