Wow! GEOMC has enlisted a whole HERD of lawyers to go after CTTC:
"GEOMC Co., Ltd. Represented By:
S. C. Sohn
Cohen & Gresser LLP

Sang Min Lee
Cohen & Gresser LLP
contact info
David A. Slossberg
Hurwitz Sagarin Slossberg & Knuff LLC

Oliver Haker

Lawrence S. Grossman

While all poor little old CTTC has is:
"Defendant
Competitive Technologies, Inc. Represented By:
Robert A. Horowitz
Greenberg Traurig - Park Ave Ny
contact info"
And goodness knows everyone is aware of how "effective" HE has been at representing CTTC!
Of course, maybe he no longer represents CTTC -- since he didn't show up at the scheduled "settlement" conference because he was "unavailable." Yeah! No doubt it looks REAL good to a judge to have to reschedule everything at the last minute because the defendant's ONE lawyer wasn't "available."
I mean, Greenberg's firm has MORE than ONE lawyer -- right? And all they need at a "settlement" conference is someone who can agree to a proposed settlement or not, so why couldn't someone else have been enlisted? Oh, wait! I forgot! CTTC probably couldn't AFFORD a second lawyer!
