I have shown real contracts, real SEC filings, physically spoke to Zeke on phone, currently have in possession communications between SEC and Remo none which indicate Remo is trying to pull one over on SEC by faking the acquisitions. In addition, the communication letters prove that the SEC are well aware of this company and their filings. I've shown 3rd party links that also verify the acquisition.

Show me some links or docs to prove that the SEC filings are fraudulent. Report the fraudulent filings to the SEC.

Show me where Patten is still a 100 mill company, then I'll show you a bankruptcy discharge. It looks to me like Patten is just getting back on it's feet, and maybe they are using IENG to help jump start that.
