Smart Ventures, Inc. is pleased to announce its acquisition agreement for a 50% joint ownership and 50% profit sharing of the Doyle Group Gold Mine Property 260 Acres patented mining claims Sec. 31, 32 of T.37N., R.11W Montezuma County, Colorado through joint venture partners, Khroosos Mining, Inc./ International Equity Partners Oil & Gas, Inc. and Smart Ventures, Inc. under undisclosed terms. International Equity Partners brought this 50% gold and silver mine ownership to Smart Ventures as part of its acquisition in which, International Equity Partners Oil & Gas became a wholly owned subsidiary of Smart Ventures.

“This asset adds significant value to the company, because the mine has according to third party geologist reports above ground tailings ready for processing in excess of 100,000 oz of gold estimated at $160 Million and in-ground reserves of 7.9 mil Au and 7.3 Mil Silver estimated value at more than $3 Billion. We believe this acquisition will create significant shareholder value, says Roger AT Smith, CEO.”

The project is expected to be a $150 Million construction with a completion timeline of 3-5 years. The project is a public private venture with an expected power purchase agreement for 20 years. Smart Ventures will own 30% of the venture as part of the partnership agreement. We will provide an update as developments unfold.
