Even if they could sell their vests ... the critical question is:
Can they make a profit on the sale and what would the profit margin be?

Maybe JB should take his technology to "The Shark Tank" and get some investment capital from an investor that has credibility and can open some doors.

Yup ... that's the ticket ... get it on SHARK TANK. If it is real we will all get our money back ... if it is a scam ... JB will have a swarm of attorneys after his butt.
