Thanks Coastie, this actually is one reason I strongly believe that Phipps was potentially grossly violating the non-compete and probably booking revenues on GTC-UK's ledger when it should have been GTC-US's revenues. This contract seems to absolve him. However, it does not absolve those who signed this, and should have been keeping closer tabs on GTC revenues... ie Barb and Glenn. If somehow fraud or collusion is involved, I doubt this would hold.
