Breaking News! Transfer Agent has confirmed Share Structure

This past week I wrote an email to the Transfer Agent, OTC Stock Transfer Inc.. I asked for the latest A/S, O/S and FLOAT. OTC Stock Transfer Inc. had to request permission from the company FIRST to release this information.

I received an email from the Transfer Agent. This weekend the company has granted permission to release the current share structure.

As of Friday, February 20, 2015

Authorized: 50,000,000
Outstanding: 44,397,297

Float: 5,602,703

The IBox has been updated and now reflects this information.
