As we stand now, shareholder equity is -$20M. Hate to see that, but on the bright side, it's not that much either. Reali could use the extra time granted to raise cash. Or, maybe the plan is to liquidate and we just don't know it yet. Hope not. I find it interesting that AxiaLIF, their historical heavy hitter in terms of sales, didn't command a high price in the auction. I bet the projections were bad. Company perhaps needed a new direction anyway that is maybe more sales/distribution than R&D.
