So many ifs! So may conclusions! So a claim was made that the FBI showed up at a police department to perform its own tests on the product, after which the FBI spend more resources and took all the plates away. What is illogical is that the FBI would spend any resources to take things away that did not work, and which the FBI did not supply. We do know the FBI did not supply those plates. What is logical is that the FBI would spend resources to test, and then spend more resources to acquire a superior product it wanted for its own use.

I do not believe the FBI would take a failed product away a police department. They don't have the time, money, and other resources to waste on such a useless venture outside the scope of their operations.
