The undervaluation of the value of this company falls on the CEO of the company. Given the present status of XSNX, if you were interested, would you pay more than $8.5M (which reflects the present market value) for XSunX? I personally do not think it has the equity to support such an amount. With 579,256,469 shares outstanding along with the other 1.4B authorized (2B), what pps would you consider the stock cost to be fair or reasonable?
