"UCP Board of Directors has carefully followed the discussions on the message board and the different theories that are prevalent about the corporation and its future strategy.
The three major owners; Niclas Fröberg, Carl Johan Grandinson and Lars Bönnelyche are all engaged in the corporation’s daily operations and committed that the corporation develops in the interest of all shareholders.
The main priorities for 2015 is to improve UCP’s profitability and cash flow.
We will continue to inform the shareholders and the market about important and relevant developments in reports, newsletters and press releases and distribute through the ihub service to get as wide distribution as possible."
