this seeems to be too real to be true

a profitable company with positive EPS and low P/E ratio that is undervalued and to top it all has a near to negligible share structure float

can someone point out
a) any shortcoming in the fundamentals of the company
b) is this really a garb to scam someone

also the question
why are they trading in pink sheets .. atleast they should be on OTCQB /OTCBB

is there something hidden that penny investors like me should be wary of
