Once we get some evidence or public record that ties the companies together and says the acquisition was finalized, I would like to post your information on the contracts of Patten Energy. Metro seems to be a reliable source of information as far as I can tell now.
I think the ties between Patten Energy and IENG are the source of the argument right now. And since the only information we have of the alleged acquisition are what has been what was filed through SEC. Aside from that we have nothing. They have yet to still file their yearly with the SEC or any extension of the yearly filing.
So once again I don't think anyone has a problem with the information you are providing for Patten Energy. The issue is that the ties between the companies have yet to be proven to exist.
