Divide a 10 million market cap by 50,000

shares...

OK, you think that looks excessive...

Divide an 8 million market cap by

about 50,000 shares...

Divide a 6 million market cap by

about 50,000 shares...

Divide a 4 million market cap by

about 50,000 shares...

All 3 of the above OTCQB company examples

have negative balance sheets and are posting

losses so need help paying bills...

But, there market caps are Tiny compared

to many newly qualfying OTCQB companies

that have been coming to market since 2015

started that I have been reviewing...

So $10 x 50,000 shares could look like

a steal to someone who has been following

the same type info...

The WMBI format changes so far are in line

with a company planning to attract investors

above $5/share going forward...

The odds aren't great that it will roll

out that away if you watch the same junk

come to market that most of us do...

But chit happens sometimes...LJ

disclaimer...the above 3 companies were

chosen from the daily OTC filing list...
