LOL...I would not use IBM, GE as examples to this poorly, poorly ran company...maybe Nortel/Kodak is a better comparison. This went from highs of mid $70's (April 2011) to $0.28 (Jan 2015) less than 5 yrs post IPO with more than 1.5B, that "b", billion in debt. The writing is on wall. Bankruptcy, will make the current common shares worthless...maybe followed by restructuring and some competent company officers will be the only thing that saves MCP, along with a name change to put this nightmare behind all. The hype of wall street's rare earth element play is what got this in trouble. As if China gonna turn off the access, not gonna happen in this global economy. We can just as easily turn-off access to all the food products we export to China. Yes, the US can use a Rare Element Source but it needs to be ran by competent company officers. Bankruptcy, is the only way they will be able to clear their debt...in any case, I cannot in good conscience call this a bottom floor play to anyone...could it rise without bankruptcy...sure, I guess...probabilities very, very low. JMHO
