What the hail do you do all day? You just sit around and think of more ways to dilute and sell shares of other peoples money? That's right! OPM = Other People's Money. They are not shares of your company, because your only business is to BS people out of their money. IMO You don't have a legit business do you? I should have known when I read you were a banker. Doesn't get any lower than that IMO.
