I dont think they are allowed to make any public announcements until they come out of bankruptcy. Everything goes through the courts now. If you look at the SEC website, youll see nothing with the company since they declared bankruptcy. I also am feeling excited about them emerging from this a stronger company. I have been watching and communicating with a couple people at FORU, which is the company that distributes there products. Sales seem to be slowly increasing they tell me. And i found out they are finally allowed to distibute in NY. All good signs to me!
