I have seen a Berkshire contract they do not allow use of any of their corporate names by anyone ( not even verbally) unless given WRITTEN permission from in-house counsel. I am sure WTER with new PR firm missed this point and got slapped. They then did whatever was asked "Killed PR" and are staying quite until permission is properly granted. Look at new release it mentions new distribution agreements but no names...connect the dots...
