Universal Energy To Buy Kompania Weglowa Mines

Universal Energy Corp. (OTCPK:UVSE) has announced its readiness to acquire three coal mines, Bobrek Centrum, Brzeszcze and Sosnica-Makoszowy, which Kompania Weglowa S.A. wants to close down as part of its restructuring programme. Universal Energy claims that it is able to restructure the mines and make them profitable.
