Yup, Arrakis is used by a number of scams including El Capitan, Searchlight, Ireland, and others. If a company uses Arrakis, you can be sure it is a scam. One thing in common - Arrakis never issues any signed or stamped reports. Makes it tough to file complaints with the Colorado Board of Registration, and they know it.
