In my experience I have had a couple of thousand pink sheet trades. The lowest I could place a limit buy order was .0001. The lowest I could place a limit sell order was .0001. But I was once in a company that announced a reverse split when the pps was .0001. I experimented (ameritrade) with a market sell at that point to see what would happen and it filled at .00005. This was about 10 years ago. I'm not sure if there have been changes since.
