Settlement? CTTC settled with GEOMC??? Or is TRYING to settle????? But "canceled due to the unavailability of defense [CTTC] counsel"??? Hoo-boy! I bet! More like "due to unavailability of money to PAY defense counsel"!
Of course, CTTC CEO, Conrad ("Bullteat") Sims, continues his fine tradition of NOT informing anyone of what is going on!
Definitely goes on my "watch list" for "future developments"!
