STOCKHOLDERS UPDATE 2/17/2015

Dear Stockholders,

In my last update, I stated that the company was in multiple negotiations for the sale and distribution of our Dynamo™ and EcoFlex96™ product lines. I am very pleased to announce that we have had made progress in these endeavors, and I feel an update is thus warranted.

Last week we blended thousands of gallons of our Dynamo™ Cetane Booster and it is presently being bottled and packaged for shipment to national retailers in the US. We will be listing on our web site, under a new "Store Locator" tab, retail locations where the product is available as they come on line. We expect the number of locations to increase monthly during this next quarter.

These are indeed exciting times at our company. We have been very aware of the logistics needed to enter the market and we have been busy reviewing and implementing our production and packaging procedures. In addition to the new production facility that we brought on line in June 2014, we will be increasing our bottling and packaging capability by adding an additional facility. This new facility will allow us to meet the increasing demand for our products.

The company recently announced that our fuel, EcoFlex96™, had been tested by Olson Ecologic Labs and that the results were very good. We have been supplying EcoFlex96™ to interested retailers, allowing them to test the fuel for drivability and performance. These tests have gone well and delivered very good results.

We are now in final negotiations with distributors and retailers in several states and expect that we will have EcoFlex96™ at the pump this quarter. With successful conclusions to these negotiations, the product availability will likewise be posted under our "Store Locator" tab.

Lastly, our fuel was recently featured in and excellent article about our distributor, Spion Kop in Trinidad. The article was written in the "Trinidad Express" by an established and respected energy sector journalist. We are hopeful that our negotiations in Trinidad will result in distribution for the fuel and our Dynamo™ product line throughout the Caribbean.
