This is the first significant rally, that Doug Kass hasn't told everyone to sell, because he is not in it. But you should consider it.

IBM doesn't buy these types of business. They are just happy to be in the back office. Then there is Oracle. If IBM's contract is solid, I don't think Oracle can buy MONI with such a relationship.

FIS and FISERV are the logical choices to buy out MONI. But since the companies plans for being up for sale is not a secret, the run-up has already occurred. That means the typical 35% might not even be in the cards.

So in other words. This .385 could be as good as it gets.
