ANY - must read shareholder letter this am. Conservative projection run rate of $160 million up from combined ($100 million in 14) by Q4 15. Fourth quarter Sphere sales exploded as per below quarterly numbers. Overland acquisition cut costs dramatically and combined operations should be profitable the 1st or second quarter 2015 quarter.

Q 1 sales $1 million Sphere 3 d only doesn't include overland
Q 2 sales $1.7 million in any of these numbers
Q3 sales $1.6 million
Q4 sales $9 million

You are buying at 1.5 gross revenue with explosive revenue happening in a $100 billion market. JMHO do your DD
