J.C told me he would like to talk and answer my questions but he was not at liberty to do so. He then told me that he would have IR call me the next day because the group in charge of IR was out traveling on the east coast. The number to SMM is 310-466-9092. I asked him about the merger and he told me that they are attempting to wrap things up as quickly as possible.

I would suggest you call the CEO J.C. and see if IR has returned and then have him transfer you to their department.
