Can someone enlighten me on this stock? It was originally a gold mining company and their stock never rose past .10. Did they hire Tod Hoffman from "Gold Rush" to run the company??? I assume they couldnt produce the gold, so NOW they decide to become an "overnite oil drilling company? Seriously? With what monies?

Dunno on this one...seeing another "Pennyland Dillution Scam". Trying to cross-over into another business??? Big obvious warning signs. Anybody been to the Bakken area and see the company hard at work???
