ive a question,say this was an honest non-scam florida company(when this went belly up many said florida was the hotspot for criminals and penny scams looking into it further I saw they are correct to a large degree...why is that?)
HOWEVER... if they had taken mbs out of this company but BOUGHT IT WITH LOTS OF CASH ...would the pps have gone up should they suddenly have good cash or would it not have made a difference? I know this is dead here but wondering what would have really happened here
