FFGO - Those electronic equity entitlements, issued by Penson, are being tracked with an internal tracking number and not an approved and official CUSIP #.

Imagine if they were selling shares to their clients with that number. None of those sales would have be reported to FINRA and/or reported on the daily tape.

Rub-A-Dub-Dub…Three perps in a tub…The broker, the banker, and the counterfeit equity maker!!!
