CFO was hired in March 2014 .. that hiring was a signal .. (imo first material event of
sequence re: DOMINO) .. coupled with another *status quo* changer .. mgmt's filing
of the (PRE/DEF) 14Cs on May 19, 2014 and May 29, 2014


like the seating of a BoD >> it's another *signal* of what is en route out of mgmt going forward ..
