Unfortunately we have been told similar information many, many times in the past.

'Preparing' - not absolutely

'Interest shown' - it's been interesting for over 10 years

I hope I'm pleasantly shocked and wrong but feel this will be yet another deadline that will pass by. We shall see in 6 weeks time how the 'preparations' are going and how much 'interest' was actually turned into contracts.
