FERN HILL BEVERAGE DIVIDEND TO VGID SHAREHOLDERS

VGID after a little over a year as a public company is proceeding with the SPIN OFF of Fern Hill Beverage; marketers of their Children's Line of Healthy Drinks: ROADKILL

VGID has succeeded in providing growing revenues, quarter over quarter, for their first 9 months of operating as a Public Company. They have also achieved, the almost unheard of goal for a start up OTC Company, of generating a profit.

And now, they are achieving a goal promised to share holders, of spinning off their first "INCUBATION COMPANY", to VGID Share Holders.

In addition, there are efforts to bring another "Incubation Company" into the VGID fold, for spin off (perhaps late 2015).

The new incubation company will be in the "Themed" hair care industry, much like Cuts For Kids or Shampoo On The Go. Details have yet to be released by the company, but the VGID CEO, has already revealed these plans to share holders.

To get the Spin Off shares of Fern Hill beverage, you must be a SHARE HOLDER OF RECORD the day before the Spin Off is announced by the company.

A lot going on for a company barely past its FIRST YEAR OF OPERATION as a Public Company.
