of course she can't stop home gardens as I own my home and all bill paid on said home, the government and law enforcement have no business behind the closed door of medical Cannabis patients, and have no legal right to tell a person what plants they can and can no grow in their home. I welcome city inspectors to come and look, but if law enforcement wish to look they better come with warrant in hand, or they will be looking at the ass end of a human rights charge. also IMO anyone that thinks Health Canada is their friend is a fool please read the real reason that there are no regulations for the MMAR is they(HC) repealed the MMAR thus repealing all laws except for Plant Count, Storage Count, and 150 gram carrying limit. all to further their agenda and continued prohibition of Medical Cannabis.
