There is no new management - Jason Levey is the CEO and has been since early last year. He also accepted a position of COO at CDIF - check the filings. There is not new CEO - period.

In terms of "ACTIVE" status - I sure don't consider a company to be active that is delinquent in filings dating back to 2013, that has yet to provide any updates what so ever to shareholders in over a year, that any business they might be involved with is a mystery to shareholders - does anyone know of any business involvement on their end???

There is a reason it is trading at no bid/.0001.
