NEWS!!! URE Markman hearing is in 2016!! In January my friends. Since TPL/PTSC and the lawyers settled with HTC rather than see the appeal decided you now get ENDLESS court cases! The trial will not be until the summer then tack on another year for them to appeal! That's 2017 before any resolution my friends. That is why I say this stock is hopeless for PTSC shareholders. Any settlements until legal resolution will be, as they have been, tiny and only enough to pay TPL/PTSC management and the lawyers. 6c is a GIFT folks. TAKE IT!
