Does Steve play Good/Bad Cop with Investors?

I am incapable of staying mad for too long. I tend to believe in the good in people. I can appreciate if somebody is making a sincere honest effort to turn things around. I believe in giving people second chances. All I ask is that he tries and doesnt purposely do anything to harm us.....that is all we can ask for.....the rest is up to faite and some luck and timing.
If Mr. Samblis is in fact turning over a new leaf and sincerely trying to make it go forward this time then I cannot fault that and I wont stand in the way of potential progress. It is simply not how I operate.

Is there enough Securities and-Exchange-Commission Proof that CEO Steve Samblis is allegedly trying to turn things around?

If Steve Samblis is allegedly trying to turn things around why is he IMO more interested in imaginary cyber squatters than generating Revenue?

Where doe Steve get the funds from to chase cyber squatters anyway?
