The complaint against "LUTHER R JEFFRIES" was filed on 01/11/2008 and remains active as of today. His address at that time was 153 FERRY BLVD, SOUTH GLENS FALLS. [he's obviously moved since there's no longer a dwelling on the trailer pad at that location]. It states he was born in 1969 which would make him 45-46 years old (that seems to fit). Under "Charges/ Notes" it reads: PL "155.35 GRAND LARCENY 3RD"

Thew oldest warrant on the list is dated 10/16/2006/ the latest is 1/15/2015 so it's current!
