They already told us that James has ~250k shares. Trust me the outstanding is not 161 million. Of course there will be dilution and officers getting shares and all that. But I can guarantee you the O/S is not 161 mil. LOL

Also we know a few things that have happened since Sept 30th...The acquisition of Emlink technology being first and foremost.
