My opinion is the professionals are selling and the amateurs are buying. The OTC Market has a "STOP" sign on them. The last quarterly report filed was back in 2013. The CEO as of the last filing (2013) resigned. The new CEO recently took a COO position with another company. The company has not issued any sort of an update in over a year. Need I go on. My opinions as always. But they are based on a ton of DD.
