It appears to me that the situation of BAC is improving. The current pps is becoming gradually more attractive given the following:

Bank of America Corporation today announced the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on Bank of America common stock of $0.05 per share, payable March 27 to shareholders of record as of March 6."

Book Value Per Share (mrq): 21.32

Furthermore, the Larger Market (LMP Indicator) is pointing to a gradually growing bullish 'atmosphere' beyond the negativity on the surface. Since last week (specifically since from 2/5/15) THREE more breakouts happened, including 2 today in the Indicator components. We shall see what comes next as to BAC. GLTA
