The most important thing to remember. Dilution can be good, if a company is growing and it's adding shareholder value. If you believe in JS and the enormous revenue growth of 300% heading into fiscal 2016, then future capital needs, should not be of great concern.. Unlike the shady character prior to JS. Who was a destroyer of capital and shareholder wealth.
