PEOPLE!!Just got off the Ph with ANDY, Very Good Call. I hit him with the main factor that all Shareholders are losing confidence because Lack of Solid Information. He said as we Know that he will have completed the execution of this PRIVATE JOINT VENTURE and it will give them the funding to create all of what they need to build the company to its highest potential and create a IPO in 4 months.
My response was "Great but, our confidence cannot hold up for long nor is the stock looking attractive for NEW INVESTORS when we sit with NO BID.
I said we need a PR to create positive energy with existing and new investors.
He said that the major issue has been a lack of funds, Then I asked how much will they get from the Joint Venture, his response was $1,225,000 .
I then said he needs to make a solid PR when the deal is fully executed (within a week ) and put out a PR, This is the only instrument that will refuel existing shareholders and draw in NEW investors
HE said , Well then that's what we'll do
