Whether your opinion is accurate or inaccurate is based solely on perception. The future holds the answers many are looking for, when i do my DD on a stock i look @ 4 things.

1.accumulated deficit
2.assets weighing well over liabilities
3.notes / convertible debt
4.Warrants
