Compounding the issue s to why the PPS is not rising is that power plant projects like the ones in St Croix and Nicaragua tend to take a long time from start to completion. It was 2 years ago this month that the Nicaragua project was announced. It took 7 months just to complete the Feasibility study (which was supposed to take 90 days) and they are still only at the stage of trying to get financing. Assuming the project gets financing, it will be at least 18-24 months until it is launched. If they cannot get new projects until St Croix and Nicaragua are launched to provide proof of principle (as some have been saying is needed to get new customers/partners), we could be waiting 4-5 years to see revenue from the next generation of projects. Think about how much share dilution we are likely to see in that time frame. I am not trying to be negative. This is just pragmatic math based on VSPC's recent history and experiences.
