No reason to invest in this junk my friends. Endless litigation and very small settlements will never raise the share price. The bankruptcy hearing tmrw for TPL is a formality and the bankruptcy plan will be approved. This will not help the share price as no money changes hands. The next round of litigation will not go to trial until late 2015 or early 2016. Then the decision then the appeal and you R into 2017 still with no munny going to PTSCs bottom line. I doubt they will still be around by then. Sell now my friends. I am just trying to help U all like I did mR. d (but he would not listen and lost his shirt!!).
