The OTC comprises thousands of stocks where most do not report to the SEC, but SEC Registrants like ELCR are still required to file Financials to the SEC regardless to the stock trading on the OTC.

Electric Car Company last posted Financials on 2010-11-24. The company is severely delinquent in reporting Financials and as such the stock is at high risk of an SEC Suspension and subsequent stock revocation.
